About a month and half ago my hubby went through to renew my bis contract with vodacom at the campus - bryanstan- He was told that they do not renew BIS contracts or offer new ones and he was coaxed into signing up for the "equivalent" contract - I was extremely upset to see since that vodacom does renew or offer new bis contracts while browsing through the adverts! Since spoke to customer care and they suggested we go back to the store - my hubby has gone through and the gentleman INSISTS he said NO such thing - he said it was only for the z10 -I am extremely upset as my husband and I have rights as consumers and laws that protect us from such situations - I am stuck with a contract that i did not and DO NOT want - I am positive that my hubby is more than capable of understanding what the salesperson said - He was convinced vodacom doesnt offer a bis service anymore and it would be tedious to port our number so he signed - Vodacomis NOT allowed to exploit clients in this manner - just to make the sale! I want my contract cancelled! and i will remain on my month to month that i HAD with vodacom - Vodacom cannot exploit consumers by allowing their staff to lie!
