Yesterday I had R31.00 airtime plus a few bundles. I logged to my Facebook which exhausted my bundles and as I continued with Facebook 5 minutes after that I had no airtime?
I called the call center this morning to find out why I couldn't make calls as I couldn't even check my airtime from my phone as I kept getting * no network* when I wanted to check it from my phone.
Firstly I spoke to this RUDE call agent named Sophy who treated me like I'm a mad person who cant use a phone- then I demanded to speak to her superior, then came Eric the team leader who was just as unhelpful as Sophy- and he gave that explanation of Vodacom chowing my R31 airtime in the sort space of 5 minutes- I told him to credit back my airtime as I was not happy with me paying R31.00 of airtime just for 5 minutes use of Facebook... I normally use my MTN sim card for Facebook and internet and I tell you I have never experienced such - I want Vodacom to credit me back and then I will port back to MTN - if this is not sorted out I will take this matter to ICASA - I have 2 vodacom number and my entire family uses Vodacom- I will make sure that we all port to MTN if this is not sorted out and I'm credited.
