About three month ago I renewed my contract with MTN. I then decided to change to pay as you go. As I went in on the 8th day they said I could not cancel the contract and I had to pay in about R6k, so I did that, but before I did I asked the lady are you sure that if I pay this amount I will not be owing anything else, she said yes. Now I get a lawyers firm calling me saying that I have an outstanding amount of R765. Not once did MTN call me to say that I still had an outstanding amount they just handed my info over to some law firm... I immediately paid the account to MTN but the law firm is still calling me, amd I am sure I am
