I rreceived my laptop from Cell C in April 2013, after many fights about software not included with delivery Cell C and I didnt make use of the laptop, Cell C collected the laptop in April 2013, 01 May 2013 I received a bill for charges for the laptop for April and May 2013, I reported the billing error, phone several times to fix the billing error before debit order will go of my account in May the debit order when of R694.00, I have no laptop but I was billed for the laptop that is in possesion of Cell C, Lorato promised that no money will go from my account yet it did, i phoned again uptil today no one of Cell C has phoned back to correct the error and to cancel the contract. Please when will Cell C upgrade the call centre service and have more skilled employees to work with queries. Please Cell C cancel my contract and refund me, the laptop is in your possesion refund me and cancel contract, my humble request.
