No Delivery for an Upgrade

In April I did an upgrade through the Autopage call centre and I'm supposed to get a voucher and a phone. After about two weeks after I did the upgrade and having not received the phone and voucher I called them to enquire and I was told that the phone that I wanted was not in stock and that's why I had not received my phone and so I requested a different phone. Another two weeks passed and still no delivery and I called again and the reason this time was they had changed courier companies and there was a delay but they couldn't tell me when I can expect delivery.

On the 22 May I received a call from the call centre, the lady that did my upgrade initially telling me the same story about the phone I wanted being out of stock. I told her I was already told about this when I called and I requested another phone but she said there was no record of this on their system so I gave her the phone again.

On 27 May they called me letting me know they would be delivering the following day. The day came and still no delivery. I called again today and they say they cant find my address, now again no one takes the time to tell me this and try to get directions. An upgrade should take at most.
