I bought a blackberry from Vodacom and it gave me problems with the trackball then i sent it to Vodacom repairs in Alberton for repairs, then i was re-issued with a refurbished phone which was even worse than my previous phone. I took the phone in on the 23rd of May 2013 for Sim card error message, then Vodacom called me on the 28th of May 2013 to tell me the quotation value to fix the phone since it was physical damage is roughly R3000.00. It is unacceptable that Vodacom issues refurbished which do not work properly. I am utterly disappointed with the level of service am receiving from Vodacom. Stop issuing people with refurbished phones which were problematic in the first place and then u expect people to pay for broken phones. For all i know the refurbished phone that was given to me could have had d sim card problem in the first place.
