I took out a contract with MTN in November 2012, within 7 days I cancelled the contract as I was not happy with the package, I was told that I would not be charged for any installments as it was within 7 days. I had R199 deducted from my account in November and December (the monthly installment amount) and have phoned numerous times to find out when I would be reimbursed for this amount-i was told just before Christmas that it would take around 2 weeks..this has still not been done plus the account has not been cancelled on their side! I want to know why my account hasn't been cancelled and I'm being charged for a phone I don't even have! Thank you
