This is a resubmission of my complaint. I have complained twice already - 15 Apr and 30 AprIl.
Cell C is clearly NOT INTERESTED in assisting. Even this complaint on hellopeter is fruitless. They've assigned Blanche to assist me. Sorry to say, but she is USELESS in public relations. I need this complaint ESCALATED.. Till today, it is still not resolved.
My wife's Cell C number is 061... (yes, it's a 061 number). It's a new contract taken out on 5 April
I'm using this number as my reference number to pay via FNB online banking.
The message I get back is that the reference number is invalid.
I called Cell C. Referred me to FNB. FNB says its Cell C's problem.
I wrote to Cell C about a week ago (via their website). No response.
I need to make payment. CELL C, PLEASE ASSIST
