Not happy with your agents

Hi

I just called in regards with my account as it has been suspended and I have asked Lungile to make the debit today as I need my line to be opened by today, she gave me attitude and to top it all off when I asked her to speak to her superior she told she's not available

Can I please have this sorted out by today as I am in desperate need of a line and I need to get my work done, as it my life has come to a halt

Further more please ensure that Lungile Ngubane's attitude is worked upon as she is straight up rude and very impatient
