AUTOPAGE DOES NOT CALL BACK

Good Day

I am stating to thing Autopage is a business that got to be as big as it is without any clients because you don't seem to need our business, I placed an order for my new phone last week Monday and was told it would take - 2 to 7 days to deliver (which is shocking on it's own), I then called in on Wednesday just to see when delivery would be taking place and was told it should be with me by Thursday Or Friday, Then by Thursday afternoon as I had not heard any thing I phoned again and was told there was an issue with the warehouse and that they would send an email and phone and let me know when it was to be delivered, Friday I was forced to call in again as no one had called me back and was told the same story and was told an email would be sent to the warehouse and someone would call me back, Monday I phoned in again and after being told that there was a change in process and there was a backlog I insisted to talk to a manager and was put in touch with Nick who in turn gave me the same story and told me he would phone me back, and to my surprise I am still waiting for that call DO YOU CARE? I don't think so Maybe I should finish off with Autopage and move on to a new SP
