I completed the Cell C number port form on the Website as my current contract expires the 5ht of June and since I do not get reception from my current provider wanted to switch. I recieved a call last week on the 21st of May from the call center al Cell C requesting my information with regards to to porting as well as my current account number with my current provider. I provided all the information and the call center stated that the phone will be shipped within 5-7 working days and if I do not recieve any feedback from Cell C within 2 days w.r.t the porting I have to contact the customer care and follow up. When I phoned them there is no information about my porting or anything, Now my worry is what happened with my information as the person that phoned phoned from a 084 140 number which is the call center number. Can you please provide feedback on this.
