What a pathetic response from Vodacom. My whole complaint is that nowhere in your ad on Page 13 of the Sunday Times does it say the trade in deal (Samsung S2 for a Samsung S4) is only for new connections or upgrades!!! That is why I am complaining. Your response just tells me exactly what I am compaining about. FALSE ADVERTISING.
Come back with a better response please. If I receive no decent answer count me as an ex Vodacom customer. Cell C are very keen for my business and negotiations are underway with them
