Vodacom
Unethical Practices

My contrcat expired VODACOM failed to assit with an upgrade after giving FALSE information the I asked you why you are billing me for contracts that expired in April 2013?

As per the consumer protection act which is law in South Africa you cannot bill be for longer than the agreed period?

As I am familiar with Vodacom's unethical behaviour I placed a stop order on the payment to ensure I am not billed unfairly now after you did not call to explain to me why you are debiting me, you have the audacity to send me an sms stating that I must pay R342.50 AGAIN I ASK YOU WHAT FOR???

According to your own record the data contract expired on the 28 April 2013 why must I pay in May for this when I pay you in advance?
The cell phone package expired on the 23 May 2013
