Im not paying for your problems

I have been complaining since i received this phone, i have an S3 and if i open my mobile data it will take all my data bundles within 30 minutes including my airtime, i also switched to top up thinking it might be better but no it was the same, i called vodacom and sent emails and they all told me that the android phones are like that, i then compared my phone with 3 other people that the same phone and using vodacom and they told me they buy 500 mb for a month and its enough, for me it last 30 minutes and it takes my airtime, i then called and this guy tried to assist me and he told there is a problem and i must take it to the store, i did that on the 23/05/2013, and we tested it with 10mb and they were done in less than 2 minutes, and they said i must book the phone, now they telling i must pay - R800 for something i have been complaining about since january, vodacom must fix my phone or then keep it then ill move back to Cell C
