If you did your investigations correctly, you would have noticed that according to MTN Technicians, my handset is damaged due to a manufacturing problem, a bent motherboard, and I have the paperwork to prove it, once again deliberately accusing me of damaging my own phone. Next time do your investigations correctly before assuming and throwing around T&Cs. My turn to throw around Consumer Protection:

Chapter 2, Part C nr. 20 (1) of the Consumer Act:
(a) The right to return unsafe or defective goods;
(b) Any other right between supplier and consumer to return goods and receive a refund

2. Subject to subsections (3) an (6) the consumer may return goods to the supplier, and receive a full refund of any consideration paid for those goods, if the supplier has delivered-
goods intended to satisfy a particular purpose communicated to the supplier and within 10 business days after delivery to the customer, the goods have been found to be unsuitable for that particular purpose.

It just shows that its MTN has this thing of not doing their jobs correctly first the store supervisor now you I suggest a proper investigation and a resolution needs to be given ASAP
