I took out a contract with mtn, and was overcharged by a lot. I queried it but with no luck. I've been phoning mtn customer services for over a month after being overcharged for three months. They admitted that they overcharged me but the still deducting the overcharged amount even though my account is in credit with R900. It is unacceptable. If it goes on like this I will be cancelling the contract. The last reference they gave me 99445808. My cellphone nr is 0787488159. Please help
