Cell c refuses to refund consume

I cancelled a laptop contract with Cell C. At the end of April Cell C deducted amounts from my account. on the 1st May 2013, called Cell C to ask for refund. i was told i will receive a cal within 48 hours. needless to say, that did not happen. on the 15/05/2013 i called again and i was told the matter is being escalated and a supervisor will call me. again no call. on the 20/05/2013 i called again and i was told that someone is waiting for confirmation that the laptop was returned. i asked for the person's email and name so i can send them a copy of the way bill. i also offered to go to the courier to trace the laptop and put it in the person's hand just to end his/her waiting. i was told that person will call me. the call never came. i called on the 25/05/2013 and again was told that some person somewhere is waiting for something. cell c must realise that i am not asking for them to give me cell c but i am asking that they refund me my R251.00. this service provider has treated me with unimaginable contempt. cell c just refund me my R251.00.
