Quick Initial Service then nothing

I contacted Cell C via their webpage on 1 May about porting to them. On 2 May Angelo contacted me. The whole contract/ porting process was completed by phone (and very efficiently). I was told my new phone will be delivered in 5-10 working days.

On 14 May, received SMS thanking me for my port request and immediately another stating that current operator declined my port. I contacted Cell C call centre. After being on hold and shunted several times, I was told that Cell C provided the wrong porting information and it will be corrected.

On 18 May I contacted the call centre again (holds and shunts) to find out what has happened to 5-10 working days delivery. I was told that there was stock problems. The phone will be delivered on the 21'st or 22nd on the outside.

I have since sent email and sms's and received no replies. No updates on when the phone is being delivered or the status of my port.

My contract with current operator is due to terminate and I have to change my travel arranegements to work in order to be able to get to the gate in order to collect the cellphone on delivery. Some off days are also coming up. I want a commitment to a date or out of this deal
