Autopage not replacing phone when they should have

I have been a client of Autopage for many years. I went for a upgrade to the Autopage in Key West. I got myself the Bold that is a touch and type phone, I think it is the 9790. I had the phone a week and it started giving problems. After a few months I couldn't continue using it because if someone phones me I can't hear them except if I put it on speaker phone but if I phone them it works fine. I send it in Nov 2012 and received it in Jan 2013. Now I have the same problem. I took it in at Clearwater. The guy that helped me there said the phone could have been replaced if it was within the six months, so I want to know why it was not done the first time. I know of three people who got that phone and it was replaced, after having the same problem. I would also like to check if I am paying the amount agreed upon, but even though I pay almost R20 a month and I have phoned the Autopage Headoffice many times, I am not receiving the letter explaining expenses. I now wonder how they expect me to use a phone for the next 14 months, that have been giving me problems since the start!
