Vodacom will not issue me with a letter stating that i have a payment arrangement with them. I cannot understand why this is so. Now i cannot successfully do business with other institutions due to this, although i am honouring my arrangement each month. Simply not fair, ive been a vodacom subscriber for more than 15 years and never have i thought off switching networks until this happened.
