It was last year December when I go buy a new battery for my cellphone at Vodacom. I was called after a week to come and collect my battery, and yes i did, but when I got home i was I inserted the battery in my cellphone but it wasn't work. After a few days I went back to Vodacom and told them that the battery isn't working, and I was told that it doesn't have power and they told me they will call me and get another new battery. The lady who was assisting me said i shouldn't worry about my particulars because they have them on their system. I was given no receipt, only told that they will get back to me. Ever since I've been waiting on their call until this past tuesday, when i got there i was helped a male assistant. He told me that there is no proof that I have returned a battery that is not working and the is no record that I was supposed to get a new battery. (We got on with a dialogue trying to find out why I cant get a new battery) but his last words were "there is nothing they can do". I am not happy!
