I have several contracts with MTN, in April one of the contracts expired and I phoned into MTN 808 to cancel the contract. The lady asked if I don't want to switch the nr to "pay as you go", and promised to e-mail me the confirming contract and documents. I said that would be fine, but in the meantime she must please cancel the contract. I never received the e-mail, a few days later I phoned again and customer services said that the cancelation department is already closed for the day, but they will give me a call. This month I get another bill for that contract!!! Incl BIS, for which I don't have or use. (I have a Samsung S3)
I phoned again today, after being cut off the first time the second time I reached Patience, I asked to listen to my previous "RECORDED" calls, but she said that's not possible, neither is it possible to speak to a teamleader or manager. How does one complain? Where do you phone?
How can they bill me for services not even used or requested???
I am one very unhappy MTN customer today! I have 5 contracts with MTN and this is the service I get...:(
