Internal Transfer Request

Good Day Selwyn S,

(20May2013) In an attempt to manually pay my Nashua account after bank changes, I made a transfer error of funds to an incorrect Nashua Mobile account, from my FNB account.

- I contacted FNB Online and the operator said to me: "I must contact Nashua, FNB can not reverse the transfer since the account is a public account". They said the receiver must return the funds in good faith.
- On contacting Nashua; Ms R Gowrie contacted Nedbank (Receiving bank), however it was said I must contact my bank FNB.

I am not too sure how long this ping-pong episode will go on. I am seeing my bank again tomorrow.

Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated; It was a genuine error in trying to fulfill my contractual obligation... I do not blame Nashua or FNB for this. I just need assistance, since Nashua has my funds.
