I have to say I am very disgusted with this company since it was thought to be one of the leading companies. Me and my girlfriend went to the bank to apply for a joint home loan and today an agent from the bank called my girlfriend to ask her an ID to perform the ITC check and when she gave her her ID they told her does she does not qualify as the has a bad paying record from Vodacom, to our shock since we don't have any contract with Vodacom and don't intend to have one, and the worst part is now we cannot have the house we wanted that we thought finally after working hard well be able to have our own apartment.
So I think somebody has opened up an account on my girlfriends details but Vodacom did not follow the right procedures of opening an account since this is a account so we are taking this matter with our lawyer so we can see where we can go from here since Vodacom has delayed us.
