Cell C, Do NOT Deal with them, POOR SERVICE

I had applied for a contract with Cell C, through their Direct Sales Consultant Angelo Graham, who approved my application over the phone and said to me that the phone will be delivered within 7 days. The next day I send an email to Angelo to tell him that I prefer the white phone, he did not respond. Sent another email, NO RESPONSE, sent a third email NO RESPONSE. I then call Direct Sales and speak to another consultant who tells me that my application is NOT on the system and Angelo never processed it. I spent about 20minutes of wasted time on the application just to find out that they are useless. I then tried to speak to his team leader Isiah who never returns my call, and you can never get to speak to him, second level failure. I then call to speak to Isiah's manager Asif Khan, and left a message, and he did NOT call back, THIRD LEVEL FAILURE. I then took it further to the OFFICE OF THE CEO and spoke to Mario Davis who promised me that he will get to the bottom of the problem, and he NEVER called back. When I called back and spoke to Mario again about the problem, all he has to say is that he told the department manager about it. THE FISH ROTS FROM THE HEAD... AT CEO's OFFICE.
