THINK TWICE BEFORE OPENING ACC WITH CELLC

I had closed my bank account which my debit orders usually gets deducted from, I then did a manual deposit for 2 months service to cell c which I emailed and faxed to their accounts dept on 06/05/2013 . Then on 22/05/2013, they BAR all my outgoing calls!! I then phone the helpdesk and they tell me my account is R83 in credit, I then ask if I am in credit why is my outgoing calls barred, giving me attitude the operator then proceeds to tell me she will escalete the problem and cellc will get back to me in 24hrs meanwhile I cannot make any calls. I also gave them my new debit order details and they tell me I have to make manual deposits (FOR WHAT REASON??) this is beyond me .. I have already mailed twice and phoned twice on 06/05/2013 and then again on 22/05/2013 and faxec proof of payment again on 23/05/2013 and guess what, my ph is still off. How would you like to pay for a month in advance and still not get service??
