After struggling with web Africa for over 3 months now to get SERVICE from the so-CALLED NEW SERVER!!! Lo and behold 2 days outage on the mail server, 21 and 22 May it is getting worse.
They promised to have a a back up system in place but haha they once again
.
But here is the best part as soon as the email server was up again what do I get first... from Mr Elrich Anthony at Web Africa, When can we expect payment...
I have been a customer of Web Africa for 10 years no problems before great service but there is seriously something wrong with their service now.
BE WARNED STAY AWAY!!!
