Upgraded on my name- NO HELP from Cell C

I called Cell C to upgrade my line. I was advised that an upgrade had already been done on the 26/03/13 which was obviously news to me. An upgrade and additional line was authorised by Cell C to a. I then went to the Cell C shop and met Tumelo who then showed us the fake contract and admitted that he had assisted this person with the transaction. He gave me copies of the ID used and assured me that the contract was being sent to Cell C division for attention. I trusted him that all was in order as he assured me that no funds would be taken. Then the debit orders started to go through but the serious problem is that Cell C has allowed the debit orders to go through my Husbands bank account without his authorisation R2112.04 has been deducted from my husband's account - we are not married in community of property and I do not have power of attorney on his account so I CANNOT even authorise a debit order on his account. How on earth can Cell C then authorise debit orders without his signature? The only AUTHORISED debit order was the original one for R145.01pm I have called so many times it is ridiculous It's been 2 months Still no response!
