Cell C Customer Service!!!

I had all my debit orders cancelled/stopped/blocked at my bank because I wanted to use another payment method but Cell C informed me that I cannot cancel my debit order with them as I did with the other companies which leaves me to reverse the direct stop at my bank so that Cell C can debit their money from my account but my bank requires a letter from Cell C which states that it is okay for my bank to do the reversal of the stop on my account but Cell C cannot help me with this. I spoke to numerous consultants who were of no help to me whatsoever and in the end spoke to a manager who suggested that I send an e-mail to their customer service e-mail address which I did yesterday and am still waiting for a response. I still would like to know what the difficulty is in just giving/sending a letter to me or my bank to reverse the debit order block? Doesn't Cell C want their money from me? And when they don't receive the money they want to charge me with all sorts of admin and other fees? I don't think so.
