5 DAYS WAITING ON A 2 HOUR PERIOD WITH NO FEEDBACK

I tried phoning the store but no one answered. I went to the store where they explained I can only upgrade in August. My blackberry is broken and would take 8 weeks to fix. Therefore I might as well get a new cell coz by the time it's fixed I will almost qualify to upgrade. They told me the only way to get a new phone would be to get another line. Even though I could then not keep my number, I decided that that would be the best way to approach this situation. I applied and the sales person told me it would take about 2 hours. I went back the next day because they didn't answer the numerous times I called their number. I was told there is a block on my account (probably coz it hasn't been paid). I have bank statements showing my debit orders went off every month. They sent the request through to "head office" via email. I've been to the shop several times since Sunday and everytime they tell me they sent the request through today. It's been sent through on Sunday, Monday and Yesterday. Apparently no one can phone head office as they only communicate (or don't) via email? No one can follow up? The person was rude because I came to ask again yesterday. How long is your 2 hours MTN?
