DON'T PORTAL TO CELL C - BE WARNED!!

I saw all the TV adverts and decided to portal my number to Cell C.
Bad News - Cell C staff don't know how it works.
Each time I put my phone off & restart it, the network reverts back to Vodacom (to whom I'm no longer connected thus I land up with no connection. Phoning Cell C is not help as without the cell one has to use a landline at an average of 25 minutes a call. When at last you are put through to an assistant, they can't assist you as they don't understand the problem. They keep telling you to try the sim in another phone (even though you tell them that it works in other phones) & then reboot your phone for the umpteenth time & then at long last they do something on their side and you reboot once again to find that you are finally connected until next time you switch the phone off. Today I called & got through to Essa who tried to help but could not, so I demanded to speak to a supervisor. Essa asked a "Mohamed Ibrahim" to speak to me and I actually heard him say ; "I don't speak to the public". After 1hr17 minutes Essa advised me to portal my number back to Vodacom - suppose I forfeit the airtime on it as well. DISGUSTING!!
