I Applied for a new contract 2 weeks back through the cell c website, it was approved very quickly. I was told to phone 084145 to find out when the phone will be delivered.
Beginning of last week i phoned to find out when i will receive the phone, the consultant said that they will receive stock on Friday. Friday i called again, another consultant told me that they will receive stock on Monday. Yesterday i phoned again and still no stock, i tried again today (21/05/2013) and the consultant said that they will only receive stock on Thursday. and it keeps going on and on. I asked the last consultant to cancel the contract for me, he said that he will put me through to the correct department to that will be able to assist me with that, i was transferred and waited on the line for 40 minutes and the phone call was just cut off. (I phoned from a cell c number and still had 80 rand on after the call, so my airtime didn't run out)
I am not happy with the service at all and would like to cancel the contract. I cannot wait for the phone forever and every time i phone they are out of stock. the date they expect to receive stock just keeps moving.
