Faulty repai

I got my Sansung Galaxy S3 repaired by Autopage. 2 days later and R2, 000 down the phone is broken again. Autopage will take no responsibility for this. I called the Samsung head office - end result they, ie Samsung, won't guarentee the work. Either Altech used fake parts to repair the phone (by mistake or to save money on repairs), something I am investigating and have made Samung head office aware of, or Altech does very poor repair work.

Don't expect any sort of after service customer care from Altech.

Also good luck getting through on Autopages telephone number. I am going to give Altech 24 hours to respond before I lodge a complaint with the consumer protection ombudsman
