I did an upgrade where i was suppose to get a gift card with the value op R2400 and a sell phone, after a week i received the phone, and gift card, but when i wanted to activate the gift card, they said that the card is in valid, i logged several complaint's on my account, white no results the phone is having signal problems, i have wasted my airtime trying to phone head office but they only put me through from one operator to another, this in now a month later and still no results, what must we do to get any service out of these people?
