Poor acounts service from Vodacom

My contract expired May 2011, the lady i called helped me, put me on pay as you go as i did not want a new contract, she could only do this once my account was paid. My account was debited and she switched me over to pay as you go. 2 years later, the attorneys that are collecting for vodacom (Nimble) give me a call stating i owe R955, and they are going to go legal, i said its first time i have heard of this and i paid my account in full as i am on pay as you go since and vodacom never blocked my number ever nor called me ever. They said the original amount i owe is R615, but has accumulated 50% interest to R955, I CANNOT PROVE THIS NOW AS I CLOSED MY ABSA ACCOUNT 1 AND A HALF YEARS AGO AND told collecting agent to sort this out with vodacom. Nothing has been done in past 2 months, they are just harassing me and threatening legal action against me, and i cant get to the bottom of this. I feel like initiating legal action against vodacom now and the collecting agents, this is poor service to the max
