I was called last week by a consultant from cell c, and we did an application over the phone for a Samsung Galaxy S3 and Tablet deal, where i gave her all of my details and faxed through all my particulars that she said she had needed. She promised that she will call back after i asked her to notify me if i had qualified for the deal or not but I have not received any feedback since. I do not know what happened to the deal and no-one is giving me any information. If cell c does not want to give me the deal, then they should let me know so that i don't waste my time waiting on them to respond and then find out later that i didnt even qualify... it is just common courtesy.
