I have contacted the network department numerous times regarding no coverage in my area. I am never contacted back.
I phone numerous times and am told that they can do nothing about the lack of coverage in my area. When I applied for this contract, I was assured by the sales lady that there would sufficient 3G coverage as there is on the Vodacom network!
This is blatant misrepresentation on your behalf is in breach of the service agreement I have with you. This has led to me wanting to cancel this data contract immediately!
I have tried to contact the cancellations department, which I am put on hold for over an hour before the the line is cut. I am currently still holding for Cancellations after 1 hour and 10 Minutes after attempt number 6 in the last week!!!
This service is absolutely appalling and perhaps more time and capital should be spent on customer service!!!
