Telkom came to our complex to sort out a service for one of the units. The technician lady (vehicle reg no BP47JY GP):
1. Didn't know where the Telkom box was.
2. Didn't adhere to our complex rules.
and
3. when we spoke to her about it she started shouting to me.
She made such a performance that we had ask the unit who'm she was serving to escort her out of the complex and sort out the problem.
This is completely unacceptable as she doesn't want to adhere to the rules and shouts to her clients...
Now our ADSL line is also not working, so I'm going to cancel that and get 3G instead!!
