Called 808 - held on for 25 minutes - eventually Mpho tells me to dial 1737 where they will be able to help me register on their website so I can check my balance at any time as my Galaxy Tab doesn't dial out.

At this number Veronica puts me on hold and after another 10 minutes I get cut off again! She did not mention that she was putting me back to 808.

Redial - get told "Oh you'reon contract so you need to dial 808! "

Um hello.? they just told me at 808 to dial 1737??? AFTER HOLDING ON FOR 25 10 MINUTES!!!

ANYONE know what's going on at such a big company or do they just not give a da.mn?
