I took the plunge in my own stupidity after being with Mweb for 15 years! And went for a 2mb throttled account. Yes it's throttled. Yes I don't mind. Because as explained once again by a rep at the call center it's only throttled to 50% of the line's speed. Well fine I'm willing to pay R30 more pm to at times get 2mb and at times 1mb.
However when I pay more than what a 1mb costs and then you throttle me down to 1/4 of 1mb's speed... that's just not good cricket.
