No one want to supply answers??

1) Can you add the "Unlimited Telkom Mobile to Telkom mobile" as a Value Added Service (VAS) to existing Contract One Package??
(If yes, the price??)
2) If I "Migrate" from existing Contract one to Smartplan 100 will the R400 migration fee still be applicable??
3) What is the monthly fee of the "One Free Unlimited Telkom Landline Number" as a Value Added Service (VAS) to the Smart Plan Contracts (50/100) per month??
4) If I decide to "Migrate" from Contract One to Smartplan, Can I do it via email or call centre??
5) When will Telkom Mobile offer Uncapped / Unlimited internet (NOT Wi-Fi)
(Wi-Fi Unlimited offer are like offering a Diabetic person Unlimited candy/sweets!!)
(unless you live in a Mall, or Telkom office, it means nothing to clients!!?)

Can someone in Telkom mobile please call me back with answers?? I emailed, and called 180 but with no help. Call Centre agents very rude. Telkom Mobile wants new customers, and dont care about old ones thats tied up in their 24 months contracts. Raymund-0832084462
