I have seem countless times on your website in your retail brochure advertising the samsung galaxy S4 being available in stores, but when I phone to check the store for stock they are out of stock as they were only given 10 units. How can you advertise a device which you clearly don't have stock of.
I have been on a waiting list since launch day (27th April 2013) and to date haven't received a call from the store as they haven't received stock to give to the people on the waiting list. I've also been waiting since before then as I had pre-ordered the device and then decided to add my name to this store list as I hadn't gotten my pre-ordered device. I've been wanting to upgrade my contract since this date, but haven't been able to due to the unavailability of the S4, I have already gone over my 24 month contract into month 25 and will soon be going into month 26.
Another thing is why must I be punished for keeping the top up option for this device (when I do eventually get it) by not getting the same amount of data, etc as the standard anytime 200 package which it comes with for R399.
