I had a contract with MTN which I cancelled and paid up on February 2013. The cancellation amount was about R873.00. The last Debit Order should have gone of on the end of March 2013, it is now May 2013 and MTN is still deducting the Debit order from my brother's account.
This is pathetic, why is MTN my money and what is going to be done to resolve this.
I went to the George Mall branch and spoke to Wendy on the 11 May. The systems where of and she promised me that she will look into it and call me back. It is now 17 May and still no call or response.
This is truly not acceptable and I am thinking of going the Consumer Act way to resolve this.
