On Monday the 6th May I went to Cell C westgate to open a contract and get the new galaxy S4 as they advertise [URL Removed] ) I asked if they have stock and what i need to bring to qualify to get the contract. The sales lady told me they have stock. I went back on Tuesday the 7th to open the contract and get my new phone and the same lady told me they haven't received the phone yet... On Thursday the 9th I phoned the shop and they told me they won't be getting stock for awhile cause they haven't launch the phone yet.
On Monday 11th i wrote a clompaint on hello peter, and Cell C | DK phoned me the next day saying that i will have my phone the 17th..On the 16th i went into the westgate branunch to approch the lady that helped me with my contract and to hear what's going on, and she said they're still waiting for stock and won't have it by the 17th eventhough Cell C | DK promised they would..
I'm really disappointing with this, because if you 1) haven't launched a product or 2) don't have stock of a product your obviously not going to advertise it.. During this whole process westgate cell c didn't pick up a phone once to let me know whats going on with my order..
