3rd Month paying for galaxy note in repairs

I booked in my phone around the first week of March, after countless calls and emails on my side the phone was in repairs for over two months and I was being charged monthly, firstly they said they couldnt fix the phone because it was not insured despite the fact that I called numerous occasions to inform them that the phone was insured and I was still being billed with the phone in repairs. Then they said they will follow up and let me know, weeks pasted the phone still not repaired and no communication done to me, I called again and was told that the insurance lapsed becaused I wasnt using the sim card I had purchased the phone with, again I told tem that, that was not true because Im still using the same number but on a different phone because they have my phone, still no luck after reporting to head office they said the phone was ready for collection, no apology or explanation as why the phone was in repairs over TWO months. Then to my SHOCK my phone that was booked in for a cracked screen returned NOT charging, I than returned AGAIN to complain and was told to come back the following day, when I did the phone was NOT repaired. Till DATE I dont have a phone BUT paying for it.
