I phone for the first time on 5 December 2012, to cancel my topup contract. Tshidi at virgin mobile gave me the reference number: 46478131. Until now my contract is still not canceled and they deduct R400 from my bank account with a debit order, that I never sign for. When I phone Tshidi she, promise every day to come back to me, but until now, I still don`t know what is going on!!! They my money!!!
