I went to the Autopage Branch in February to stop my contract, the guy said I must phone the cancelattion department to stop the contracts I phoned and stop the contract but nothing happened everthing went on as normal even extra fees was added on my contract after going to the branch for about the fourth time only the contract on the one phone was stopped. I went back on the sixth of may to find out why the 1 phone received airtime again and I was told it was a mistake< I went back again today after receiving yet another bill 4 months after I phoned to cancel the contracts. I was told now that the contract would be stopped only next month because they need a months notice, you must be ng joking. I have been without work for Seven months and are still paying something i can't afford.
