Autopage Service Terrible

I have a contract with Autopage and Vodacom as network, I have a data bundle attached to it and applied for my data limit to be increased which on my account already shows on next bill yet no update on data limit with Vodacom. After a few emails and calls where i was told it would be done asap i get another email telling me they are unable to change the bundle mid month, I have another contract with MTN and asked for the same to happen and was completed within one hour. I then logged onto my account again and requested a once off data bundle as was on business out of town and my bundle had expired and needed data for business. I got a sms saying my request was completed yet 2 days later Vodacom still shows 0 data available on my contract. What you are telling me is that if you run out of data mid month with autopage there is NO WAY of getting more data bundles until the next month with you. Unfortunately i have just upgraded again with them after having this contract since 1999 but if this is service recieved this is definately my last 2 years with Autopage.
