I requested Cell C to port to of my numbers which expired from Vodacom to Cell C. I received a message that the port was rejected, on investigation it was found that Cell C loaded the incorrect porting details. I called cell c for assistance, you speak to a call centre agent, they ask you for the port number etc, at them tell you Sorry Sir, for porting you must speak to someone in the porting department, i will put you to them, the call never gets directed to Cell C.
Don't wast your time porting to Cell C or the Cell c discovery program, which you pay for, Cell c your service is poor train your people!!!
