Refuses to take responsibility

I bought a cell phone (Desire HTC) from MTN Sandton in the beginning of April, the phone was working perfectly until the 11/04/2013, the phone just switch itself off. I took it in for assessment on the 14/04/2013. I waited for 3weeks until I got a call from them on the 07/05/2013 advising me that it failed the assessment, as they found liquid on it. I immediately called the repair centre call centre, spoke to a lady by the name of Karabo, who told me they cannot assist me with anything, I need to accept the decision and she then put the phone down, I called again spoke to a friendly Indian lady who promised to send me the pictures to prove that they found a liquid on my cellphone, that was on the 07/05/2013. Till this day am still waiting for the email. They have all my details, contact numbers and emails address. I need my phone to be fixed, simple as that. I know for a fact that there was no liquid on that phone. They can't even prove it. They just dont want to give me a new phone or fix that one. That is purely cold business decision, being greedy. I still don't have my phone by the way. I even stopped the debit order, until they sort this mess out, I won't pay. This is wa
